LandingPad’s sector impact work is focused on building pathways into work for migrants, international students and other underrepresented talent. We are actively seeking partnerships with government, universities and community organisations to support grant-funded initiatives that improve digital confidence, employability and workforce participation.

We have delivered sessions with community organisations and we are interested in building on that foundation through future collaborations with university and agency partners.

Our goal is to support practical, community-informed pathways into work that align with the kinds of outcomes grant programs have previously funded: digital inclusion, employment access, and stronger workforce participation.

The result is a more connected talent pipeline that benefits individuals, employers and the wider economy.
